To apply for the Federal Skilled Workers program, it is an absolute requirement that all applicants have their foreign credentials assessed within Canada by a designated agency. Should you require a list of these agencies, please do not hesitate to call 416-857-6099. Without the necessary assessment letter, you will not be eligible to apply for the Skilled Worker/Express Entry program. As an added precaution, we at REGAL LAW urge you to exercise caution and stay vigilant against fraudulent and unlicensed consultants who may put you and your loved ones at risk.

If you’re applying for the Express Entry Class, it’s important to know that you’ll need to submit your IELTS results along with your mandatory credentials assessment. Remember that only the General IELTS test is accepted, not the Academic version.

REGAL LAW Barristers and Solicitors have in-depth expertise and experience to help you successfully and with low fees for your spousal sponsorship applications. If your spouse is living outside Canada, for example, if you marry out of Canada, then the Application has two parts: the first part is for the Sponsorship, and the second part is an application for Permanent Residence.

Suppose your spouse is currently living in Canada. In that case, Barrister Faisal Hameed recommends you apply for an initial work Permit for the spouse with the application to sponsor and a Permanent resident application, so there would be three parts of the Application.
Barrister Faisal Hameed is a Practising Canadian Lawyer and has in-depth experience and expertise to handle your Spousal Sponsorships applications and other Immigration Programmes. His success rate in Spousal Sponsorship and Skilled Worker applications is 100%. *( As of  November 2024).
